James Winchester
ABOUT JAMES WINCHESTER
NFL long snapper that was first signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He was later signed by the Kansas City Chiefs on a multi-year deal in March 2015.
He is a graduate of Washington High School in Washington, Oklahoma. Shortly after graduating, he then began playing college football at the University of Oklahoma .
Since joining Kansas City in 2015, he has won two Super Bowls. In fact, he defeated his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII. He forced a fumble on Darren Sproles in a game against the Eagles, while playing as a member of the Chiefs.
Growing up, he lived with his family in the Washington, Oklahoma area. He now lives along with his wife and their son. His father Michael was also a punter at Oklahoma.
He was coached by Andy Reid during Super Bowl LVII.
