ABOUT JAMIE REED
Former British Labour politician who served as a member of Parliament for Copeland from 2005 until 2017. During his parliamentary term, he was appointed both Shadow Environment Minister and Shadow Health Minister.
After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University, he worked for Sellafield, a Cumbria nuclear power plant-turned-waste processing facility.
He became the Head of Development and Community Relations for Sellafield Ltd. in January of 2017.
He grew up in Whitehaven, Cumbria, England.
He and fellow English politician David Miliband both served as Labour Party members of Parliament.
