ABOUT JAN BECHTUM

Former guitarist of the Dutch heavy metal band Picture who wrote most of the music for their first three albums.

Despite lackluster tour performances, his band Picture gained popularity.

After three year with the group, he left Picture and became a born-again Christian.

He grew up in Spijkenisse near Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

Mike Rutherford and Genesis had an early influence on his music.
