ABOUT JARED RUSHTON
Notable for his teenage role as Billy Kopecki in the popular 1988 movie Big and for his portrayal of Ron Thompson in Disney's Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Rushton received several Saturn and Young Artist Award nominations over the course of his career.
He made his television debut in a 1986 episode of Tales from the Darkside.
Apart from his acting work, he served as the guitarist of a band called Deal by Dusk.
The son of Monica Rushton, he was born in Provo, Utah, and raised partially in Los Angeles, California. He grew up with a brother named Ryan.
Early in his career, he appeared with Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn in the 1987 film Overboard.
