Teenage soccer sensation and athlete that originally began his professional club career with Bayern Munich in the year 2023. He primarily plays the position of central midfielder. In addition to central midfielder, he also plays the position of attacking midfielder and defensive midfielder.

He first began playing soccer at the young age of six. At the time, he played for the Pabellón youth academy.

He made his official club debut as a professional while playing against DJK Vilzing on March 8, 2024. He and his teammates won the match by a score of 2-0. Fernández was called-up with the Bayern Munich senior team for their 2024-25 pre-season, featuring as a substitute and coming off the bench at the 66th minute replacing Eric Dier on the second friendly match for a 1-1 draw against German club 1. FC Düren on July 28, 2024.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Ourense, Spain.
