ABOUT JAVIS D. MAYS
Singer and songwriter who founded the gospel group Javis Mays & Restoration. They are best known for projects such as The Oil of Worship, I'm Yours and Plugged In. His hit song "Plugged In" debuted at #20 on the Gospel Billboard and #12 on the iTunes Gospel category.
He and Javis Mays & Restoration were a group of singers who spent eight months of ministering together before. They released their first project The Oil of Worship together in 2010.
He has served as the Worship Minister at the Apostolic Worship Center in Orlando.
He was born in Orlando, Florida and has been singing for as long as he can remember. He grew up very religious and was raised in the church.
He has shared the stage with gospel legend and fellow mentor William McDowell .
