ABOUT JAWAD YAMIQ

Moroccan professional football player who is known for his work as a centre-back on the Perugia club on loan from the Genoa FC. He is also known for his work on the Morocco Local national team as well.

He first started his youth career playing with the Olympique Khouribga club. He then made his professional debut with the club in 2012. He joined Raja Casablanca FC in 2016 and that same year also made his debut with the Morocco Local national team.

He is known for having won the African Nations Championship in 2018 as part of Morocco's national team.

He was born and raised in Khouribga, Morocco.

Other center backs who have also competed on the Morocco national team include Mehdi Benatia and Zack Kharbouch .
