ABOUT JAYDEN GREIG

Actor most famously known for his portrayal of Rod in Aliens Ate My Homework, and Aliens Stole My Body. His extensive list of acting credits also include roles in the Academy Award-winning feature film, The Shape of Water and the 2013 thriller Mama .

He has always had a passion for the arts and acting. His first acting role was in a commercial for Pizza Hut, although he received his first callback at only 5-years-old.

His work in Aliens Ate My Homework and Aliens Stole My Body earned him two Joey Awards, a Young Artist Award, and two Young Entertainer Awards. In his spare time, he is a hockey enthusiast and has been playing on the Greater Toronto Hockey League and North York Hockey League since the age of 5. He has also done work as a voice actor, and appeared in theatre productions.

His younger sister is actress Eva Greig. His grandparents are from Scotland and Ireland.

In The Shape of Water , he played the son of Elaine and Richard Strickland, portrayed by Lauren Lee Smith and Academy-Award-nominated actor Michael Shannon . The film was directed by Oscar winner Guillermo del Toro .
