Baseball writer and reporter who is best recognized for his work with The Athletic. He previously worked for both The Philadelphia Inquirer and ESPN.

He graduated from Syracuse University in 1973.

In 2017, he was inducted into the Philadelphia Jewish Sports Hall of Fame.

He and his wife Lisa have 3 children.
