ABOUT JENNIFER LB LEESE
American author who is best known for her children's books, teen novels, and romances. Her best known works include Ordie's School Day Adventure, I Am Me!, Bows for Pigel's Nose, and 911: The Day America Cried.
She started writing short stories involving animals at the age of ten. She began writing her first novel, the paranormal-themed Notes on the Windowsill, in 1999.
She published a column called Jennifer's Corner.
She married Thom Leese in 2000. The couple named their first son Nicholas.
She is best known as an author of children's books, a distinction also held by author Beatrix Potter .
