One-half of the electronic pop duo Marian Hill , a Philadelphia-based group who announced the December 2014 release of their singles "Got It" and "Lips."

He was in middle school when he heard his duo partner, Samantha Gongol , sing for the first time.

He studied music composition in college.

He was born in Havertown, Pennsylvania to parents who worked as a conductor and opera singer.

He and Samantha have cited influences that range from Ella Fitzgerald to Drake .
