Gold medal winning light middleweight boxer at the 1976 Montreal Olympic Summer Games who also took home bronze at the 1980 Moscow Games in the middleweight division.
He had an earlier accomplishment when he took home bronze at the 1978 Belgrade World Amateur Championships in the light middleweight division.
He defeated Tadija Kacar of Yugoslavia to capture gold at the 1976 Games.
He was born in Warsaw, Poland.
He was an Olympic boxer just like Adam Forsyth .
