Australian Instagram star and chef known online as Jess Lemon and best recognized for her baking skills. She has appeared on MasterChef Australia and runs a successful Instagram page with more than 290,000 followers.

She worked as a waitress before appearing on Master Chef.

In April 2022 she appeared on an Australian Studio 10 morning TV segment, sharing a recipe for cupcakes. She was often the youngest competitor on her seasons of MasterChef.

Her parents ran a Thai, Malay, and Indonesian cafe in Melbourne, Australia. She learned to cook from her grandmother and father, and she has an older brother named Jeremy. In May 2022 she celebrated one year with her boyfriend Nick with a heartfelt Instagram post.

In June 2023 it was announced that she would be competing on a show called Dessert Masters, alongside chefs like Anna Polyviou , Morgan Hipworth , and Reynold Poernomo .
