Former utility infielder who played six years in the major leagues.
He was selected by the California Angels in the second round of the 1975 MLB Draft.
He was a very versatile player, catching five games and playing every position except first base, center field, and pitcher.
He grew up in Los Angeles with his parents, who were very supportive of his baseball career.
Despite never being known as a great hitter, he had a lifetime batting average of .400 against Hall of Fame pitcher Bert Blyleven .
