Renowned English striker who was one of the best goalscorers of his era. He netted 44 goals for the English national team in 57 appearances between 1959 and 1967.

He scored in his first game with Chelsea at age 17.

He scored 220 goals for Tottenham Hotspur between 1961 and 1970.

He married Irene Greaves in 1958.

He briefly played with AC Milan .
