Pro wrestler who enjoyed a successful 12-year run with the Ring of Honor promotion between 2003 and 2015. He is a five-time World Tag Team Champion. In 2017 he signed with Impact Wrestling as a producer and creative team member.

He began his career in pro wrestling in 1998. He attended college for three years before leaving to pursue pro wrestling.

He was ranked #50 on Pro Wrestling Illustrated's top 500 singles wrestlers in 2009. He won the Westside Xtreme Wrestling heavyweight championship for the second time in 2003.
