Otherwise known as Jingerrific, she shared a YouTube following of more than 3.1 million subscribers with her ex-husband Carl Olinselot . Together they ran the joint family channel Carl & Jinger, formerly called phamdamily, documenting their lives with their three sons. She has a personal jingerrific Instagram account where she shares family content.

Before the success of the Carl & Jinger channel, she earned a degree in human resources from Idaho State University and later worked as a manager for the Idaho Central Credit Union.

Jinger runs a second YouTube channel called Jingerrific, which she has transformed into an outlet for beauty tutorials and craft videos. She is an avid practicer of yoga.

She and Carl gave birth to three boys named Gage, Luke, and Kyle. They divorced in 2023.

She and Carl were friends with a vast array of YouTube stars, including fellow family vloggers April Orgill and her husband Davey .
