ABOUT JJ PEGUES

Former sixth rounder that was originally drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders in the year of 2025. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of Mississippi and Auburn University . During his final year at Ole Miss, he earned third team All-SEC honors.

He was a two-sport athlete while at Oxford High School. Shortly after graduating, he then enrolled into Auburn for his freshman year.

Despite being a defensive lineman primarily, he scored seven rushing touchdowns while at Ole Miss. In fact, his seven touchdowns was the second most on the team in 2024.

He grew up living with his parents, Jerry and Allison Pegues. He is a native of Oxford, Mississippi.

He was coached by Lane Kiffin while at Ole Miss.
