ABOUT JODY DAVIS

Catcher who was a two-time All-Star, earning the honor in 1984 and 1986, and also a Gold Glove recipient in 1986 as a member of the Chicago Cubs.

He attended North Hall High School in Georgia.

He played for the Atlanta Braves from 1988-1990.

From 1978 to 1994, he was married to Pamela Blackburn.

Dennis Eckersley , then a starting pitcher, was his teammate on the Cubs.
