ABOUT JOE BLASCO
American makeup artist whose career spanned over 50 years in Hollywood. He was the personal make-up artist for Orson Welles , Lauren Bacall , and Olivia Newton-John .
He founded his own cosmetics company called the Joe Blasco School and started working for television shows in the 1970s.
He was given the 2004 Distinguished Achievement Award in the makeup category of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology.
His family comes from Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
He worked on makeup for The Carol Burnett Show.
