American goalkeeper who was named MLS Goalkeeper of the Year in 2002 and 2004 as a member of the San Jose Earthquakes and Colorado Rapids.
He played college soccer at UC Santa Barbara and Santa Clara.
He played on the United States national team from 2003 to 2005.
He was born to Barbara and Joe Cannon.
He and Landon Donovan both played for the San Jose Earthquakes and the US national team.
