ABOUT JOE GAZIANO

NFL defensive lineman that was first signed by the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2020. Prior to his NFL career, he played college football at Northwestern University . Following his 2019 season, he was named a member of the first team All-Big Ten.

He was considered a three-year prospect while at Xaverian Brothers High School. In addition to football, he also played high school lacrosse.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the New Orleans Saints during week five of the 2020 regular season. He played in three games as a rookie that year. He played football for Pat Fitzgerald while at Northwestern.

Although he was born in Boston, Massachusetts, he grew up living with his parents in the Scituate, Massachusetts area.

He attended the same high school as former NFL quarterback Matt Hasselbeck .
