Men's middleweight fighter who is often referred to as Bodybagz. He is a member of theTEAM BALANCE fighting crew. Thus far, he has gained over 100,000 followers on his joeypyfer Instagram account.

Prior to his professional career, he fought against Christopher Alan as amateur. He was just 20 years old at the time.

He made his official fighting debut as a professional while competing against Steven Covington on May 18, 2018. He won the match via knockout in the first round. Pyfer faced Jack Hermansson on February 10, 2024, at UFC Fight Night 236. He lost the fight via by unanimous decision. He stands 6'2" tall.

He grew up living with his family in Pennsylvania.

In January of 2024, he was invited to make an appearance on the Joe Rogan podcast.
