ABOUT JOEY BLOUNT

NFL free safety that was first signed by the Seattle Seahawks as a undrafted free agent in the year 2022. After being waived by the Seahawks in August of 2022, he then signed with the Arizona Cardinals . Prior to his NFL career, he attended the University of Virginia , where he was a two-time member of the third team All-ACC.

He was a three-sport athlete while at Landmark Christian School. During his high school career, he played football, basketball, and soccer.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Denver Broncos during week one of the 2022 regular season. He and the Seahawks won his debut match with a score of 17-16. He stands 6'1" and weighs just over 200 pounds.

He was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.

He is a former Virginia collegiate athlete like Kyle Guy and De'Andre Hunter .
