John Frederick Demartini
ABOUT JOHN FREDERICK DEMARTINI
An author, human development researcher, and speaker, he is known for such internationally-published works as The Gratitude Effect and Inspired Destiny.
In his youth, he suffered from both dyslexia and a speech impediment; consequently, he became a high school dropout and a homeless teen. Later, he studied biology at the University of Houston and trained as a chiropractor.
He developed the Demartini Method and the Demartini Value Determination Process and traveled around the world delivering lectures on the applications of these theories to different areas of life.
He had three children with his first wife, Denise Roffal. Following his divorce, he married Athena Starwoman, who died of breast cancer in 2004.
He and former Beatles drummer, Ringo Starr , both appeared in the 2009 film, Oh My God.
