ABOUT JOHN LARSSON

17th General of the Salvation Army who co-composed, with his predecessor, a series of popular stage musicals.

He served as the chief of staff, the second-highest position in the organization, for the Salvation Army from 1999.

He authored several religious texts, as well as the history of the Salvation Army.

He had two sons, both members of the Salvation army, with his wife of over 40 years, Captain Freda Turner.

Anders Bagge is another prominent composer from Sweden.
