ABOUT JOHN LESCROART

An American author of crime thrillers, he is most famous for works that feature the characters of Dismas Hardy, Abe Glitsky and Wyatt Hunt. His notable works include The Hunt Club, Damage, and The Thirteenth Juror.

He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated with honors in English. Before beginning his writing career, he worked as a singer-songwriter.

He was the recipient of the 2007 American Author Medal.

He was raised in Houston, Texas. Later, he settled in Davis, California.

Like the controversial writer, Ann Coulter , Lescroart was a New York Times bestselling author several times over.
