He initially began his college football career at Illinois State University . He then transferred to the University of Arkansas as a senior.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during week one of the 2022 regular season. He recorded nine tackles in fifteen games played as a rookie with the Commanders that season.

He grew up living with his family in the Bloomington, Illinois area. He is the oldest of two siblings.
