ABOUT JOHN SNOW

One of England's premiere fast-bowlers from 1965 to 1975, best known for leading England to victory against the West Indies in 1967–68 and Australia in 1970–71.

He played for the Sussex Young Amateurs and Junior Marletts and made his first-class debut with Sussex in 1961.

He was known for his volatile on-the-field behavior and detailed his disdain for cricketing authorities in his autobiography Cricket Rebel.

His grandfather was a cricket coach.

He and Alan Knott were part of the squad that represented England in the 1975 World Cup.
