ABOUT JOHN STEPHENS JR.

Professional tight end that signed his first NFL contract with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2023. Prior to his NFL career, he played college football at Texas Christian University . He also played college football at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

He is a graduate of Logansport High School. While there, he played offense and defense.

He made his unofficial NFL debut while playing against the Jacksonville Jaguars during week one of the 2023 preseason. Unfortunately, he lost his debut by a score 28-23.

His father, John, played football in the NFL from 1988 until 1993. His half-sister, Sloane Stephens , is also a professional athlete.

He played alongside Dak Prescott as a member of the Cowboys during his rookie season.
