Offensive tackle who played in the NFL from 1999-2008 for the Kansas City Chiefs and Chicago Bears.

He played college football at Brigham Young University , where he was a two-time first-team All-WAC selection.

He was chosen 14th overall in the 1999 NFL draft.

He was born in Phoenix, Arizona.

He spent much of his career as teammates with Tony Gonzalez .
