English guitarist who was a member of the band Argent from 1973 until 1976.
In 1974, he released one of his earliest albums with his own band, the John Verity Band.
His first solo album, Interrupted Journey, was released in 1983.
His family comes from Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Brian Francis Connolly helped him launch his first solo album.
