Joni Lamb

ABOUT JONI LAMB

A founder and vice president of a Christian network called Daystar Television, she hosted such faith-based programs as Joni Table Talk and Marcus & Joni.

In the 1980s, she and her husband began their first Christian TV station in Montgomery, Alabama. In 1998, they went on to form Daystar Television in Dallas, Texas.

Her book Surrender All: Your Answer to Living with Peace, Power and Purpose was published in 2008.

Born Joni Trammell in Colleyville, Texas, she grew up in Greenville, South Carolina and married televangelist Marcus Lamb in 1982. She and Lamb became parents to two daughters (Rebecca and Rachel) and one son (Jonathan).

She and mega-church pastor and televangelist Joel Osteen both became popular Christian television personalities.
