ABOUT JORDAN LEASURE
Major league relief pitcher that was originally selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers as a 14th rounder in the 2021 MLB Draft. A few years later, he was acquired by the Chicago White Sox via trade in July 2023. Prior to his MLB career, he played college baseball at the University of Tampa.
He first began his minor league baseball career with the AZL Dodgers rookie affiliate team. He was then promoted to the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes.
He pitched one scoreless inning during his MLB debut while facing the Detroit Tigers . He later followed-up that performance with seven straight shutout appearances.
He was born and raised in Riverview, Florida.
He was taken during the 2021 MLB Draft just like Colton Cowser .
