ABOUT JOSEF STIEGLER
Alpine ski racer who was a member of the Austrian national ski team and won a bronze medal in giant slalom and the gold medal in slalom in 1964.
He grew up in Lienz, Austria.
He won a silver medal in the giant slalom and took fifth place in the slalom at the 1960 Winter Olympics.
He has two children who are also skiers.
He and Karine Ruby are both known for skiing slalom events.
