ABOUT JOSH SILVER

American musician, keyboardist, instrumentalist, entertainer, artist, and performer who is best known as the keyboardist for the gothic/doom metal band Type O Negative. He was a member of the band from their early days until their disbandment in the year 2010.

In the late '70s and early '80s, he and Peter Steele were members of the heavy metal band Fallout.

His musical influences include Black Sabbath and The Beatles . He also enjoys the grunge rock band Soundgarden . His YouTube video "Type O Negative - Black No. 1 (Little Miss Scare -All) [HD Remaster] [OFFICIAL VIDEO]" garnered more than 34 million views in total.

He became an EMT to support his wife and children after the death of Type O Negative frontman Peter Steele.

He and guitarist Kenny Hickey were bandmates in Type O Negative.
