He has always been a fan of hardcore bands and attended festivals like Warped Tour. He began to teach himself photography and photograph hardcore bands in the 2010's

He won an iHeart Radio award in 2024 for his photographic work.

The star has stated that his wife, whom he married in July of 2018,  is his favorite muse.
