ABOUT JOSIE HAMMING

Fitness instructor, influencer and CrossFit athlete. In 2019, she placed in the top 50 women in the world. She has earned more than 900,000 followers on her josiehamming Instagram account.

As a child she played soccer and took gymnastics lessons. She played softball from the age of seven through high school. Her high school team won the state championship two years in a row.

She started doing CrossFit as part of her softball training. At 18, she made her first CrossFit team appearance at Regionals. She went on to compete as an individual.

Her father, Steve Hamming, is also a CrossFit athlete. He also worked as a sports psychologist. Her mother is named Pam and she has two brothers named Dillon and Mason.

She and Sam Dancer are both successful CrossFit athletes. She listens Eminem and Celine Dion while she is working out.
