ABOUT JOSIP ŠUTALO
Men's center-back who initially began his professional soccer career with the Croatian SuperSport HNL league team GNK Dinamo Zagreb in 2020. He was later acquired by Istra 1961 via loan transfer in January 2021. He has also played for the Croatian men's national team during the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
As a kid, he played for the NK Neretva youth club. He then joined the Dinamo Zagreb youth ranks.
He made his official international team debut while playing against Team Denmark on June 10, 2022. He and his team won the match 1-0.
He grew up living with his family in Čapljina, Bosnia. He was born of Croatian descent.
He has played for the Croatian men's national team just like Luka Modric .
