ABOUT JUAN TOSCANO-ANDERSON

NBA Small forward who signed a two-way contract with the Golden State Warriors in 2020. Prior to playing in the NBA, he was a 2x champion and MVP of the National Professional Basketball League of Mexico. He has played on five different teams since 2015.

He attended Castro Valley High School in Castro Valley, California. During his senior year, he posted the program's most wins in a season with a record of 30-2, and claimed its first league and North Coast Section titles.

On February 9, 2021, he was awarded the 2019-20 NBA G League's Community Assist Award. He was awarded the The Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional Most Valuable Player award in 2018.

He grew up in East Oakland, California. His father is African American, and his mother is Mexican American.

He and Stephen Curry were teammates during the 2020-2021 NBA season.
