ABOUT JUSTIN MAAS
Illustrator and artist who is known for his pencil based portraits of different celebrities and actors. He also works in Pastel, Acrylic, and Watercolor and shares his photo-realistic sketches through Instagram for his over 420,000 followers.
He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and the University of British Colombia and earned his degree in Visual Communications from the Alberta College of Art & Design.
He is a Signature Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and an Elected Member of the Society of Canadian Artists.
He was born in Hartford, Connecticut but raised in Canada. He shared a photo with his wife and daughter to Instagram in February of 2019.
He has drawn portraits of several stars and celebrities including Jennifer Aniston , Scarlett Johansson , Hugh Jackman , and Russell Crowe .
