ABOUT KAREN DROGIN
Novelist known for her numerous romance series, including Simply, Hot Zone, and Dare to Love. She's more commonly known by her pen name Carly Phillips.
She attended Brandeis and Boston University to study law. She was working as a lawyer when she decided to write her first novel in the early 1990s.
She's said that it took her seven years to complete her first book. She's published Perfect Partners, The Right Choice, and Solitary Man under her given name.
She and her husband Phil have two daughters.
She and Jojo Moyes are both known for writing romance novels.
