Co-star of the house flipping, realtor reality series Good Bones that aired on HGTV. She co-starred alongside daughter Mina Starsiak Hawk . Her television fame has led her to amass over 180,000 Instagram followers.

She previously worked as a defense attorney. She and Mina opened a home rehab business in 2008 called Two Chicks and a Hammer, Inc.

She has been featured in other reality shows called Brother vs. Brother and Building Brady. She served as a judge on the former.

She has three children with Casey Starsiak, one of whom is Mina. They divorced, and she also divorced men named Mick and Randy. She then married a man named Roger.

She and Jonathan Silver Scott were both featured in episodes of Building Brady.
