ABOUT KAROLINE BJERKELI GRøVDAL
Olympic runner that primarily competes in the women's 3000-meters, 5000-meters, 10,000-meters and the steeplechase events. She has raced at the European Championships, European Indoor Championships, European Cross Country Championships and the World Championships.
As a kid, she competed at the World Youth Championships. In the year 2007, she placed bronze in the 2000-meters steeplechase events while there.
She won her first career gold medal as a professional during the 2021 European Cross Country Championships. She also won gold medals at the 2022 and 2023 European Cross Country Championships. She is a member of the Norwegian women's national team.
She grew up living with her family in Ålesund, Norway.
She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics just like Jayson Tatum and Jrue Holiday .
