English actress who is best recognized for her roles in Tracy Beaker Returns , Waterloo Road , and Coronation Street . She also appeared in The Dumping Ground and When It Rains.
Her first acting role was in the series Cracker in 1995.
She was also a stage actress, and appeared in productions of Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty.
She is mother to three children. She passed away from Liver cancer in December 2020.
She and actress Cleo Demetriou both appeared in the comedy series So Awkward .
