Makeup artist, hair stylist, and blogger, she is known for her blog The Curated Life. The blog was created in 2014 and is about her attempting to pursue the life she wants to live, like working freelance, cooking food, and writing.

She has been a hair and makeup stylist various fashion shoots and on a campaign for Lexus. She realized that she was working too much, not having enough time for her personal work and was starting to get burnt out. She realized that she didn't want that anymore, so she made a blog in an attempt to do more of her personal work.

Though she features various brands on her Instagram account, she is actually sponsored by the hair product company Bumble + Bumble.

She married Drew Melton, a graphic designer. They moved from Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Echo Park in Los Angeles in 2013.

She is a blogger who moved to Los Angeles like Adam Gallagher .
