ABOUT KELVIN JOSEPH

NFL defensive back that was selected by the Dallas Cowboys as a second round pick in the 2021 Draft. Previously, he played college football at the University of Kentucky .

He initially began his collegiate career at Louisiana State University . He later transferred to Kentucky as a sophomore in 2019.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Minnesota Vikings during week eight of the 2021 regular season. He and the Cowboys won the game 20-16. Heading into the 2023 NFL season, he made the switch from cornerback to safety for the Cowboys.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. He is one of four siblings.

He is a former Kentucky collegiate athlete just like Bud Dupree . While playing for Dallas, he was coached on defense by Dan Quinn .
