In 2013, she was the winner of Pepsi's contest Dance for a Chance where she got the opportunity to work with Beyonce's choreographer Chris Grant and meet Beyonce Knowles personally. She then made the decision to move to Los Angeles to pursue her career as a dancer.

After moving to Los Angeles, she had the opportunity to work with some of the industry's top choreographers including Laurianne Gibson, Mandy Moore, Aakomon Jones, and Jaquel Knight.
