Yoga instructor and influencer known for having been a contestant on season three of the Finnish reality survival show Special Forces . She has also been involved with the podcast for the series. She has more than 130,000 followers on her Instagram account, where she posts about her fitness coaching as well as her personal life.

She studied political science in university. She joined Instagram in April 2012.

She enjoys paddle boarding and kickboxing. She has also appeared in fifth season of the Finnish version of the reality show Survivor , Selviytyjät Suomi.

She was born and raised in Finland. She has a corgi and a dachshund.
