ABOUT KEVIN CARON

American sculptor who created more than 40 private and public commissioned works and was named 2012 Sculptor of the Year by ArtTrends magazins.

He spent six years in the United States Navy and worked in machine shops and aircraft maintenance yards.

His sculpture Hands On won the 17th Annual Best of the West Arts & Culture Award in 2009.

His parents raised him in Phoenix, Arizona.

He and Bill Withers both served in the United States Navy.
